Frank earned his Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida and went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando, Florida. Frank has been active in pro bono work and spent two years working directly with immigrant children to help them navigate the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals policy. In law school he was a member of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund, and researched a variety of animal law, environmental law, and bioethics issues.
Prior to joining Phillips Law Firm, Frank worked in Trademark & Copyright Prosecution Docketing. Before entering the legal field, he spent five years conducting internal and external theft, fraud, and accident investigations in the retail sector. In his free time, Frank enjoys photography, carpentry, philosophy, craft beer, and playing classical guitar. Frank is a member of the Washington State Bar Association.
