Our Community Events
Northwest Harvest, 2019
Once again Phillips Law Firm joined hands with KING 5 and other community members at the 2019 Northwest Harvest. The fight against hunger is a worthy cause that we will proudly continue to support and provide our food, time and money to help local families in need.

Northwest Harvest, 2018
Phillips Law Firm was once again honored to join King 5 and other community members at this year’s Northwest Harvest. We believe that the fight against hunger is a worthy cause and we were proud to provide our time, food, and money to help local families.
KING 5 Konnected, 2018
In April 2018, Phillips Law Firm was proud to sponsor King 5’s Konnected – “Party With a Purpose” event at Block 41 in Seattle. The evening connected our many of our community nonprofit organizations and individuals to the public, helping to keep our community the philanthropically unique region that it is.
Cash Cube With Evening Magazine
Our sponsored event included the Cash Cube, where participants were given 15 seconds to grab as much cash as they could! Once finished, the participant selected one of many nonprofit partners that attended the event such as Seattle Children’s, United Way of King County,Childhaven, Cocoon House – Non Profit, Melodic Caring Project, Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation – Northwest Chapter, Northwest Harvest, Seattle PrideFest, Seattle Works, Wellspring Family Services, Grapes, Paws & Hops Foundation, Recovery Café, American Cancer Society Washington State,American Red Cross Northwest Region, Hope Creek Charitable Foundation,New Beginnings-Ending Domestic Violence, Navos, Rain City Rock Camp for Girls, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound, Refugees Northwest, American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, or Emerald City Pet Rescue and designated where they would like the money to go. Through this event, Phillips Law Firm was able to donate $5,000 to a variety of local organizations.
American Red Cross Smoke Detectors
The American Red Cross, with the help of local participants, gave a demonstration of how easy it is to install a smoke detector. Phillips Law Firm attorneys Jason Murphy and Christina Eunson went head to head in a race, proving that even lawyers can do it!
Northwest Harvest, 2017
We were once again honored this year to participate in Northwest Harvest, joining King 5 and so many other community members donating time, food and money to such a worthwhile cause. Phillips Law Firm brought truckloads of food and a $5,000 cash donation to help in the fight against hunger in Washington.
With 1 in 6 Washingtonians relying on local food banks, we are happy to do our part to continue contributing food to meet the demand. Unfortunately, Washington state is ranking as the 25th hungriest state.

Northwest Harvest, 2016
As a father himself, Glenn has a passion for helping children. When children are hungry, they are at a disadvantage with more behavior problems and getting sick more often.

Make A Difference Day, Oct. 22, 2016
THANK YOU to everyone who participated in this years Make a Difference Day, making it one of the biggest community service days of the year.
Working together, making a difference.

Glenn Phillips with PLF attorneys and staff members making a difference for clean water.
We spent this years Make a Difference Day volunteering our time building rain barrels for our community. We chose the project because we are passionate about clean water and conservation. Water defines our region. Clean water allows habitat to flourish but right now too much contaminated water is running into Puget Sound.
Thank you to all who came out to help!
Kids in Need Foundation: School Supply Drive July-August 2016
This is a first time event for Phillips Law Firm but turned out to be one of the most rewarding! It’s hard to think that so many children are without the proper school supplies they need to help them in the classroom. Thankfully we found the Kids in Need Foundation. Established in 1995, the Kids in Need Foundation has grown continuously and now has 38 resource centers throughout the nation and are responsible for helping over 4.8 million students annually. They take donations year round so help them reach their goal of making sure every child is prepared to learn and succeed in the classroom (just click below!). You can also donate goods through Phillips Law Firm by stopping by our Renton or Woodinville locations. Click here to contact us!
“The start of a new school year can be exciting. But if you don’t have the necessary school supplies to be successful in class it can be one of the most stressful or embarrassing times for a child. That’s where we come in this summer. Phillips Law Firm is partnering with King5 to help local Kids in Need Foundation.” -Glenn Phillips

Operation Nightwatch – Seattle
The history of Operation Nightwatch goes back as far as 1967. Formally established in 1976, the organization has sought to pursue its mission of reducing the impact of poverty and homelessness while focusing on the core belief of love for our neighbor. Many of Phillips Law Firm staff have had the pleasure of serving the community through this wonderful organization by volunteering their time to feed the hungry and homeless. Unfortunately, this problem is all too real for too many of Seattle’s citizens. But if we work together, we can impact change. Help Operation Nightwatch meet their goal of ending homelessness.

Northwest Harvest
This is Glenn’s favorite event! Each and every year he sets a new goal (one to surpass the years past) by donating and helping deliver thousands of meals to those in need. Northwest Harvest has been in operation since the late 1960’s, contributing immensely to the current needs in our society. At the time it began, homelessness and lack of food was a real problem for those stricken by poverty. But in 1970, when Boeing laid off about 60,000 workers, the need for food was no longer a poverty issue and was now a middle class problem. Since then the Northwest Harvest has been a staple to our community, providing on average two million meals per month! Help us meet the goal of ending hunger in Washington by stopping by our Woodinville or Renton offices to drop off non-perishable food goods!
